Emperor Vegetable (Ti Wan Chye)
“Ti Wan” in Mandarin means Emperor, while “Cai” means Vegetable.
Fresh Emperor Vegetable (Ti Wang Cai) ; 220 grams
- Garlic (minced) : 1 tbsp
- Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Vegetable Seasoning (to taste)
- Cooking Oil : 1 tbsp
Simple Way :
1. Heat up pan with oil, sauté garlic until fragrant,
2. stir in Emperor Vegetable, fry Quickly,
3. add in Soy Sauce and Vegetable Seasoning to taste.
