Easy and Quick Stir Fry Emperor Vegetable (Ti Wang Cai) Recipe

Unless I need some gravy for the dish, the vegetables are cooked without adding stock or water. Instead, they are cooked with their natural moisture contained in them.

Vegetables have their own unique fragrance and flavor. Quick stir fry is to enhance its natural flavor, crunchiness and nourishment.

I savor the fragrance of different types of vegetables.

Emperor Vegetable (Ti Wan Chye)

“Ti Wan” in Mandarin means Emperor, while “Cai” means Vegetable.
