My personal favourite would be Goji Berries which the western name is wolfberries. But there are pros and some side effects if taken wrongly. Please read through the whole article to get a understanding. Your health is at stake here.

Please if you take cytochrome P450 liver enzymes, warfarin,drugs for diabetes or hypertension , do not eat it with Goji Berries or Wolfberries.

I would highly encourage you to take natural foods if possible. If you are able to get aloe vera eaten raw, it is much better. The only thing is you need to cut the skin. I think to improve your energy levels, it is worthwhile with a bit of effort.
