Hi again friends, as I savored this great tasting Grilled Vegetable Salad with Onions and Olives, I wanted to share this recipe with You. It was a experiment and its my first time cooking this, hope You like it. I like to mix and match different ingredients for salads and its always a new experience.
Reason I like this salad is for its ingredients such tangy onions , together with sweet juicy cherry tomatoes, flavorful salty olive, crunchy vegetables and olive oil. It is very flavorful and tasty.
Besides health benefits, it is also easy and quick to prepare.

– Cherry tomatoes
– Seedless olive
– Black pepper
– Extra virgin olive oil
Simple way :
(1) Cut all vegetable into desired shape and bite sizes.
(2) Scald the cut broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for a while. Drain water and set aside in baking dish. Refer to **Note Below
(3) Add in all other ingredients to the baking dish, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Mix all ingredients.
(4) Oven grill at 200 degree C for 20 minutes (or until desired browning)
**Note : I prefer to scald broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for a while, and oven grill for shorter time to retain the crunchiness of all the vegetables.
