They are the tenderness of beefy brisket, crunchiness of veggies, sweetness from corn, carrot, potato and fragrance of celery. This combination makes it a savory dish.

Beef brisket : 250 grams
– Corn Grains
Salt and seasoning to taste
White pepper powder
Simple Cooking Method :
(1) Cut beef brisket into desired bite sizes, add into pot of boiling water, let it boil for half an hour or until it is cooked and tender.
(2) Add in all the cut vegetables except celery, some salt and seasoning to taste. Let all ingredients boil for 15 minutes or until all vegetables are cooked and tender, finally add in celery, boil for few minutes.
(3) Serve hot with white pepper powder.
Note: Suggestion is to add the celery later so that it is more crunchier. However, you can add all the veggies together for your personal preference.
