My Weight Loss meal for lunch
One Chicken thigh (marinate with pepper & salt/Choice of meat is your liking- (Optional)
Capsicum (red & green) – (Diced)
1. Grilled chicken in oven until golden brown, set aside.
2. Boil water and cook spaghetti until soft.
3. Heat up Olive oil in pan, saute all the ingredients B until fragrant, add salt and black pepper to taste, place cooked spaghetti into the pan and mix evenly, place dish onto plate.
4. Place grilled chicken beside dish and sprinkle parsley flakes to add fragrance.
My Weight Loss meal for dinner
Ingredients A (All Sliced)
– Purple Cabbage
– White Cauliflower
– Baby Tomatoes
– Boiled Egg
– Dried Raisins
– Olive Oil
– Black Pepper
1. Boil white cauliflower
2. Mix Ingredients A together with Olive Oil
3. Add salt and black pepper to taste
4. Add Boiled Egg On Top Of Salad
5. Sprinkle Peanuts and Dried Raisins
