Omega 3 Fatty Acids Cancer Prevention

From the video, i think the main point is to take flaxseed oil, high yield fish oil and most importantly borage seed oil. According to the doctor, borage seed oil has GLA Acid. This borage seed oil can block formation of bad fat in the body.

Foods with GLA(gamma-Linolenic acid)

“GLA is obtained from vegetable oils such as GLA safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorius), evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) oil, blackcurrant seed oil, borage oil, and hemp seed oil.

“GLA is also found in edible hemp seeds, oats, barley,[3][full citation needed] and spirulina.”

Anyways, it would be best to eat take all the essential oils naturally by taking these foods. Personally, i would eat salmon or fish cod for omega 3 fatty acids. Anyways, Do eat more fish, vegetables, fruits, flaxseed and also foods with GLA acids.
