Stir fried Celery and Bean Sprout Garnished with Salmon Seaweed Flakes
My dear Friends, share with You this healthy and tasty stir fried celery and bean sprouts garnished with salmon seaweed flakes.
This is a simple dish with few ingredients. It is a easy to cook dish which requires quick stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Quick stir fry always retain the freshness and crunchiness of celery and bean sprouts.
No salt and seasoning are added as ready-made salmon seaweed flakes that are garnished onto the dish has fragrant salty taste.
As veggies are my daily diet, this dish is a healthy, tasty and flavorful veggie dish of the day.
– Celery : 3 stalks (thin sliced)
– Bean Sprouts : 150 grams
– Minced garlic : 1 tbsp
– Salmon seaweed flakes (Ready-made packet)
– Cooking oil : 1 tbsp
Simple Way of Cooking :
(1) Heat up frying pan with 1 tbsp of cooking oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant.
(2) Add in celery and bean sprouts, stir fry quickly, about 2 minutes. Transfer to plate. Garnish with salmon seaweed flakes before serve.
