Yeah! I have lost 400 grams after eating yesterday’s weight loss meals. Just Overnight, I lost weight, I am happy and excited. Compared to the previous weight loss meals of I lost 300 grams, a 100 grams improvement!

I like to share with you my simple and easy-to-prepare weight loss meals that made me lose 400 grams overnight. Hope You like them.

Fruits  Salad Breakfast : Strawberries, Kiwis and Blueberries

The fruits are very fresh and have a distinct fragrance and flavor. They are  delicious and nourishing, rich in vitamins and minerals.

One of the many health benefits of the fruits salad: Kiwi prevents obesity, Strawberry is a fruit that is good for the spleen and stomach while blueberry aids in reducing belly fat.

Lunch : Pasta and Salmon

Weight Loss lunch-Pasta with Salmon

Recipe of Pasta and Salmon (1 serving):

Ingredients A:
Organic Wheat Penne Macaroni – 50 grams
Salmon

Ingredients B
Capsicum (Red, Green & Yellow) -(cut into small pieces)
Onion – (cut into small pieces)

Dressing & condiments:
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Celery flakes

Simple steps :

1. Cook macaroni in boiling water with some salt (to taste). Set aside.

2. Put salmon in a casserole, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Microwave  each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown.  Set aside with lettuce in a plate.

3. Heat up pan with 1 tsp of olive oil, fry onion until fragrant, add in capsicum. For flavor, sprinkle salt, black pepper (to taste). Add in cooked pasta and stir fry evenly. Transfer Macaroni to plate and serve with salmon.

 Dinner: Vegetables Salad with Chicken Sausages (1 serving)

Yummy Weight Loss dinner

The salad consists of  leafy and crunchy vegetables making it healthy savory.

The natural coloring of the vegetables are high in nutritional value with vitamins,minerals and many more.

Recipe for vegetable salad with chicken sausages

Ingredients A:
Capsicum (Red, Yellow and Green) : 50 grams (Shred)
Cauliflower : 10 grams (cut into pieces)
Baby Cherry Tomatoes : 10
Purple cabbage : 2 leaves (shreds)
Lettuce : 2 leaves (shreds)

Ingredient B :
Chicken Sausages : 2 (optional)

Dressing and condiments: 
Olive oil
Peanuts flakes
Salt
Black pepper
Dried raisins : 15 grams

Simple Steps :
1. Scald cauliflower (pieces) and capsicum (shredded)  in hot water, remove and drain water. Set aside in  bowl. Then scald the chicken sausages, remove and drain water. Set Aside.

2. In a bowl, add in tomatoes, purple cabbage and lettuce, mix with 2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, garnish with peanut flakes and dried raisins.

3. Ready to enjoy salad with the chicken sausages.

 Evening Snacks : A small cup Cereal drink and Nuts

Weight loss Snacks

Together with the weight loss meals, this night snack is the answer for losing 400 grams of weight overnight.

Usually, in the evening around 8.00 pm, is time to relax, watch television. With a cup of thick coffee, my stomach start to crave for the chips, maple syrup popcorn, chocolate, crackers, and even plan to eat a cup noddle for supper. Oh! My God, Help Me!

Luckily, instead of spoiling myself, I have a cup of cereal drink and some mix nuts with crunchy pumpkin seeds, pistachio, almond and raisins.

I go to bed satisfied with sweet dreams. Haha!

Tips for weight loss (My experiences):

1. Eat just enough to fill the stomach.

2. Eat more fruits and vegetables and little meat for every meal.

3. Do not eat supper. Replace supper with a cup of cereal or oat drinks.

4. Find opportunity to shed off weight. Example:  Do house chores, go shopping for groceries,having relaxing tea break, join the community group for activities and special events like Mother’s Day, Dumpling, Moon cake Festival etc.
