FITMAS DAY 3: SAVE MONEY GROCERY SHOPPING & FULL UPPER BODY WORKOUT

I share some of my top tips to save some money while you grocery shop!
There are so many different things you can do to save money while you grocery shop, but these are the few that I use everytime when I go to the store! I hope they help you!

Full Upper Body Workout:
3 sets of 10: push ups
3 sets of 12: Dumbbell Rows
3 sets of 12: Shoulder Press
3 sets of SUPERSET: 10 bicep Curls, 10 Tricep Kickbacks
3 sets of Superset: 12 lateral Raises, 10 Reverse Dumbbell Flys
AB BURNOUT: 4 sets
30 second plank hold
20 alternating hip dips
20 plank shoulder taps
