Simple, Easy to cook and yet Healthy and Delicious Olive Oil Meal : Olive Oil Rice and Salmon.
Recipe of Olive Oil Rice with Salmon (3-4 servings)
– Olive Oil : 3 tbsp
– White rice : 250 grams
– Water : 250 grams
– Olive (seedless) : 10 (cut into rings)
– Mixed vegetables : 100 grams
– Salt (to taste)
– Parsley flakes for garnishing.
Simple Method :
Wash rice, drain well. Add in 3 tbsp of olive oil, mixed vegetables, olive, salt (to taste) and water, cook the rice mixture. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
Marinate salmon with salt, black pepper and olive oil for about 20 minutes. Microwave both sides of the salmon for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with some parsley flakes before serving.
